She’s done almost everything, having huge success throughout her career. From touring with fellow friends like Feist and Broken Social Scene, performing at the Sydney Opera House, winning two APRA Awards, to forming an indie rock trio with her Australian peers Sarah Blasko and Holly Throsby under the name of Seeker Lover Keeper.

Previously known as New Buffalo, multi instrumentalist Sally Seltmann has shaken up things a little bit since then and it looks like she’s pursuing a more folk sound on her new record, noticeable when she gave us “a taste of what is to come” back in September with her song “Needle In The Hay.”

With the official single out, “Billy” comes with a strange video portraying Sally as two different women who have lost their beloved man (and a little choreography in the backyard).

The yet untitled LP produced by her husband, The Avalanches member Darren Seltmann, will be out on February next year on Arts & Crafts in America and Lojinx in Europe.
