Rosa Rex, Katy Klaw and Olly Joyce are up for their third album as Peggy Sue. After touring with the likes of The Maccabees and Jack White, and re arranging the Scorpio Rising soundtrack they’ll be releasing Choir of Echoes next January.

In their first single, “Idle”, the girls show off their vocal talent singing “Let the devil make work for my idle hands… for I’m never such trouble as when I’m making plans,” working pretty great with a vigorous and captivating drumming.  “It’s about being unemployed and incurably thoughtful […] and of course it’s about a boy.”

Peggy Sue are going to have a launch party on the same date as their album release, January 14th, at the St. Pancras Old Church in London. Worth saying, it’s already sold out. To listen further on their work, go to their Soundcloud page.
