Two years have passed since Bombay Bicycle Club‘s last album was released. This Monday we heard of them again when their new track was premiered in Zane Lowe’s show on BBC Radio 1.
Suren de Saram, Jack Steadman, Ed Nash and Jamie MacColl have been playing “Carry Me” in their live shows since last year and finally we can hear the studio version. Accompanied with an interactive video where you can animate every band member and a couple of dancers with your computer mouse, it also features Lucy Rose’s backing vocals. Suren’s ever neat percussions and Jack’s samples and electronic influences show us the “new direction” they have taken in their, still unnamed, new album.
While we patiently wait for its release on February 3rd, you can now download the song on iTunes and control the band movements here.
