Sydney quartet Driffs have delivered the perfect Christmas gift in the form of their new single ‘Back to Bellevue’.
Joining forces in a Surry Hills sharehouse, Driffs are made up of a mixed bag of dudes coming from all over Australia’s East Coast. Since realising their shared knack for melancholic jams, Driffs have perfected their own unique blend of psychedelic surf pop.
Their new single Back to Bellevue encapsulates all of diz and more. Recorded in Annandale and mastered by Mikey Young, the tune is driven by bell-tone guitar riffs, infectious hooks and hazy vocals. In contrast to some of their more mellow tracks, Back to Bellevue is a refreshingly upbeat tune that maintains the boys’ distinctly relaxed vibe.
