Surrounded with an 80’s vibe, husband and wife band Tennis are ready to present us with new songs from their forthcoming EP Small Sound.

Having met at Uni while studying Philosophy, Alaina Moore and Patrick Riley recruited James Barone on drums since their first tour. With two albums, the second one produced by Patrick Carney from The Black Keys and a debut EP under their belts; this time, they got Richard Swift (now a member of The Shins) and Jim Eno to work on their new material.

“Mean Streets” gives the feeling of a movie soundtrack with a luscious piano reminding us of late 70’s melodies permeated with a longing feeling.

Small Sound is out November 5th via Communion Records.
