Debuting on the Arts & Crafts label in 2007, ex-Stars touring guitarist Stephen Ramsay and girlfriend Catherine McCandless went on to sign their new band Young Galaxy to Paper Bag Records. Their album “Invisible Republic” received a Polaris Music Prize nomination in 2009. They did Iceland Airwaves before hitting Strand‘s stage in Stockholm this Saturday. The audience got to see fifty minutes of dream-like space rock and seemed to like it. Thank you Fritz’s Corner and Svenska Musikklubben for another fine booking.
